5. Submit your refund request
Refund Processing Time
Most refunds are processed within 24 hours, depending on the wallet provider (GCash, DANA, TrueMoney, TnG, KakaoPay, etc.).
Subscribed by Mistake?
If you subscribed accidentally, you can still request a refund via the portal.
